SaSiCo at Crazy Hill Cache in Los Gatos…it’s crazier than it looks!
Sang the OranGeo Beesie, “Wheeeeeen the cache hits your eye like a big pizza pie…that’s ammo-re!!!”
We’re not quite sure Dean Martin would approve…but we do!
A geogrin for finding a cache with seven DNFs and not having been found for months…but there it was, right where it was supposed to be!!
Now THIS is a ginormous grin! There was a much loved and well known geocacher named 50Sumtin from my corner of the world who passed away a while back and while I never had the chance to meet with him or cache with him, I’ve heard many good and impressive stories about him. But because he found his last cache in 2008, I never thought I’d see a log with his name on it (considering how often caches have new logs put in them these days). Well, I found a cache tonight that hadn’t been found since 2010…and guess who’s name was on the log?!? It’s not likely I’ll ever have the opportunity to see my name so close to 50Sumtin’s on a cache log, so I just had to take a picture!
And a ginormous grinny thanks to Storyhaven for helping me out on this one! AGAIN!!
Whazzat? Is that a smiley face next to the cache?!?!
Sorta….more like a GEOGRIN!!
No worries, folks…the Beesies aren’t outta the picture. But sometimes it’s easier to carry a grin around in my pocket than a Beesie!
Said the OranGeo Beesie, “Oh I say! Have I just found my new vacation home?”
Said this geocacher, “No, Beesie…that’s the cache!”
Said the OranGeo Beesie, “This cache-a-day-in-May adventure is exhausting! Time for a rest!”
Said this geocacher, “Very well…have your sit-down, but not one the cache if you please!”
Yup. That’s a geocache!
Said the OranGeo Beesie, “And how, precisely, DOES one recover?”
Said this geocacher, “Oh hush Beesie and touch your toes so we can find the cache!”
Said the OranGeo Beesie, “But…but…mine have gone missing!”
This geocacher was able to find the cache, but the Beesie’s toes are still missing. If found, please let us know!
